Dedicated Bandwidth - Bandwith is the size of the "pipe" connecting a server to the Internet backbone. The size of that pipe is limited and must be shared by everyone accessing that service. When your web site is hosted at an ISP, the bandwith is shared between websites and dial up customers. No priority is given to the traffic trying to reach your site. Since Infopages is not an ISP your site does not have to compete for bandwith, therefore traffic to and from your site flows faster.
